My Story
My name is Kelly & I've been a fitness instructor almost 10 years! I'm a mom of 2 boys: Callan & Colton and we live in Boston where I was born and raised!
I love what I do and it makes me so happy to be able to share my passion with others. I have been blessed to create this amazing community of women that love to dance, sweat and laugh. As a mom, I know how hard it is to do anything for yourself so when you take my classes I want you to leave feeling refreshed, confident and strong! I don't believe fitness should be serious; if its not fun, you won't stick with it!

Dance Fit
Monday DanceFIT mixes cardio and dance fitness while you shimmy and shake to the beat! It's a fun total body workout that will leave you feeling sweaty and sexy!

Strictly Strength
This is a NEW total body strength class including weights and working through intervals. There is 4 rounds of work for 45 seconds ON and 15 seconds OFF and alternating between 2 exercises for a total of 6 sets.

Dance HIIT
Thursday DanceHIIT incorporates dance and weights while keeping with the beat! It's a total body workout that will leave you feeling sweaty and strong!
